Nobu Hotel Restaurant and Lounge

The first hotel to carry the name of renowned Japanese chef Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa opened Feb. 4, 2013, inside the Centurian tower that has been remodeled at Caesars Palace. The new boutique hotel within a hotel retained only the structure of the 1967 tower. A grand opening was set for Sunday, April 28.
An 11,200-square-foot Nobu restaurant and lounge, the largest of Matsuhisa's restaurants, serves as the luxury hotel’s foundation.
The 325-seat restaurant features a chef's table with seating for 16 to 20 people. Two teppanyaki grilling tables will have seating for about eight. A circular 15-seat bar will divide the lounge from the main dining area. The restaurant also features a sushi bar, a private dining area and a selection of dishes that include Nobu’s signature items, such as black cod with miso, rock shrimp tempura, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno and squid pasta.
Guests in the 181-room Nobu Hotel have access to priority seating at Nobu restaurant.
