    • The law office of Jacob Hafter & Associates changed its name to HafterLaw. It also moved to 911 N. Buffalo Drive, Suite 209, Las Vegas.

    • Sandro, a French clothing company, opened its first West Coast store in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace as part of a national expansion. The company plans to open shops in Los Angeles and San Francisco this summer.

    • Johnnie Walker RVs appearead on Animal Planet’s “Tanked.” A custom fish tank was built into an Econ trailer.

    • The First Person Care Clinic Community Health and Wellness Center medical center held a ribbon cutting and health fair. The center serves uninsured, underinsured, undocumented and refugee patients, as well as Medicaid and Medicare patients. It is located at 1200 S. Fourth Street, Suite 111 in Las Vegas.

    • Newmeyer & Dillion LLP, a business and real estate law firm in California, opened a Las Vegas office. The firm has more than 60 attorneys who practice business, real estate and insurance law for Fortune 500 companies, medium and small businesses and high net-worth individuals. Nathan Owens, a litigation attorney, is the partner in charge of the local office.

    • Textbroker International, a content writing company, moved to 9484 W. Flamingo Road, Suite 270 in Las Vegas. The firm’s workforce has increased 50 percent, to 50 employees, in less than a year.

    • The 1010 Collective advertising agency will represent El Cortez.

    • HealthCare Partners Nevada, a physician-run network of primary, specialty and urgent care providers, received certification in utilization management and credentialing from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. HealthCare Partners also received an “Institution of Excellence” award during the Señoras of Excellence and Señores of Distinction Awards Gala. The annual event, presented by the Foundation for Excellence and Distinction, recognizes people and groups who help improve the community.

    • KMCC-TV will lease 4,722 square feet in the east court of the Boulevard Mall at 3680 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas. KMCC recently became an affiliate of the new Spanish language network MundoFOX, which launched last year. The move should be complete by Aug. 1.

    • Atlas Mens Health Institute named Advertising and Marketing Solutions as its communications agency of record. The institute provides health and wellness services to men.

    • Hyatt Hotels Corporation and MGM Resorts International announced a relationship between their affiliates that will offer benefits to members of their loyalty programs, the Hyatt Gold Passport and M life. Gold Passport members will be able to earn points at 12 MGM resorts in Las Vegas, while M life members will be able to earn credits at Hyatt hotels.

    • MGM Resorts International also received the National Association of Secretaries of State’s Medallion Award, which recognizes people and groups with an established record of service to the community. MGM was recognized for its charitable contributions to community organizations.

    • Nicholas & Co. will open a distribution center in North Las Vegas. It was recently approved for a Nevada Catalyst Fund, which provides economic incentives for companies developing in Nevada.

    • Galaxy Cannery Theatres, located at the Cannery Casino & Hotel in North Las Vegas, added Dolby Atmos to its exclusive Digital Fusion Experience auditorium. The Galaxy Cannery Theatres DFX auditorium, which features a wall to wall and floor to ceiling 65-foot screen in the 500-seat theatre, is the largest Dolby Atmos location in Las Vegas. Dolby Atmos places sounds anywhere in the auditorium, delivering a unique experience with natural and lifelike soundscapes.

    • Aristocrat signed an agreement with multi-tenant “Software as a Service company CAMS. With the agreement, CAMS becomes one of Aristocrat’s solid stable of third-party suppliers. CAMS’ services will simplify and provide savings to nLive virtual casino’s operations by Aristocrat.
