Erazmus Banyak sorts used playing cards at the Progressive Choices training center Wednesday, April 2, 2014. The cards come from casinos that use multi deck shoes for dealing. The cards are resorted back into individual decks for sale at gift shops. The organization helps find employment for people with developmental disabilities.

Karen Rubel is the Vice President for Development for the Nathan Adelson Hospice, the largest and oldest non-profit hospice in Southern Nevada Thursday, March 27, 2014.

The number of hospice organizations nationwide grew to 5,560 in 2012, becoming a $17 million, mostly for-profit industry.
