Dr. Richard Chen Joins HealthCare Partners, Moves to West Charleston Clinic

At the West Charleston facility, Dr. Chen combines his experience with the latest in medical technology to ensure the best care for his patients. The urgent care provider joined HealthCare Partners Medical Group as a result of the company’s Total Care model, an innovative approach in which physicians and professional staff work as a coordinated team to manage patients’ care and overall health.

Dr. Chen is board certified in family and nuclear medicine. Prior to joining HealthCare Partners, Chen was an urgent care physician with Solantic Urgent Care in Orlando, Fla.
Dr. Chen received his medical degree from University of Texas at San Antonio and completed his residency in family medicine at Memorial Hermann and his residency in nuclear medicine at the University of Missouri.
