Nevada State Bank led state lenders in the number of SBA 504 loans it provided during the SBA’s fiscal year. The bank provided 17 SBA 504 loans, used by small businesses for the acquisition and improvement of owner-occupied commercial real estate and equipment purchases. Additionally, the SBA ranked Nevada State Bank among the state’s top five for the number of SBA 7(a) loans it provided. Those loans are used for equipment, operations and other business needs. The bank provided more than $9.8 million in SBA 504 and SBA 7(a) loans.
