Gold & Silver Pawn: Pawn Stars

Casino supplier Bally Technologies Inc. of Las Vegas announced today it will unveil slot machines with themes of NASCAR and the "Pawn Stars" TV show.

The company plans to show off the new products next month at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) trade show in Las Vegas.

New NASCAR video slots will feature drivers Clint Bowyer, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick and Jimmie Johnson. Once players select their favorite driver, the game screens will change to reflect that driver’s team colors and branding.

Bally also has developed a community bonusing event called Virtual Racing NASCAR in which players select drivers to compete in virtual races displayed on casino screens.

Another new game features the Las Vegas-based "Pawn Stars" TV show on the History Channel, including Rick Harrison, grandfather Richard "Old Man" Harrison, grandson Corey "Big Hoss" Harrison and Corey’s sidekick Austin "Chumlee" Russell. The game includes a "Negotiation Bonus" in which players negotiate to sell items to the Pawn Stars.

In all, Bally said it will showcase nearly 300 games at its G2E booth.

Like other slot machine makers, Bally capitalizes by theming its games on well-known brands and names, such as its Michael Jackson slot machines.
