At first glance, entrepreneur Seth Schorr might seem out of place in his casinos, which are in some of the tougher neighborhoods in and around North Las Vegas. That’s because he and his partner, Jeffrey Fine, come from prestigious Las Vegas families and easily could have invested in more affluent parts of the the valley. And how long has he been renovating the Lady Luck? And it's STILL not done?
Lady Luck renovations were started under another developer and stalled during the recession. The work in the last five months on the property is a clear indicator that things have changed and are proceeding rapidly.
With that kind of a pedigree, you can't go wrong! These guys know how the business works.
And it doesn't hurt that he is so good looking :)
so they own every dump in n.l.v. sucking money from the illegals and impoverished----what a nice guy---figures they are connected to weinbergs crew---maybe they can steal from the workers just like weinberg and make 10c more a day. NICE.
Finally getting back to what worked before. Someone who sat at the feet of the Master (who did the same thing) and actually learned something about the business.
You have to have a personal interest in the property, have your people in the neighborhoods and be an active owner who knows that if you take care of the employees, they will take care of the guests. Everybody wins...
Can't wait to see whats next from these guys...
