The ONE Group, a New York-based hospitality company, has announced a partnership with the Palms to open Heraea, a sports-themed restaurant and lounge. The venue will take over the space previously occupied by Garduño’s, and will offer food, sports viewing and music. The establishment is projected to open by the end of 2012.

An annual research report that rates the nation’s residential firms has listed Nevada’s Prudential Americana Group among the top three fastest growing real estate companies. The Prudential franchise is listed third in the publication’s “Top 50 Movers By Transaction.” The company had a 39.1 percent increase in transactions over the previous year.
