He previously served as a controller for Spectrum Pharmaceuticals and held positions with two national accounting firms. The company’s chief executive officer, Robert Saucier, had served as interim chief financial officer since February.

Andrew D. Sedlock joined Gordon Silver Attorneys and Counselors at Law. He is an associate in the firm’s intellectual property department. Sedlock has practiced law since May 2003 and has experience in intellectual property and commercial litigation. He recently represented commercial lenders and property owners.
