Nearly three years after Dillard’s closed its department store at Boulevard Mall on Maryland Parkway, the retail chain has found a buyer for the location.

It’s General Growth Properties, which already owns Boulevard Mall.

Dillard’s vacated the space it owns in the fall 2008 without any takers until now. General Growth paid $5 million for the 200,000-square-feet, multilevel store on the south end of Boulevard Mall.

General Growth Properties has declined to comment on its intentions for leasing the space.

Jacqueline Young and Ryan Oberg of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce Real Estate Solutions represented Dillard’s.
