Denny’s has leased 5,308 square feet at Neonopolis in downtown Las Vegas at the Fremont Street Experience.
The 20-year lease is for $12.5 million. DZ Realty brokered the deal for Denny’s. The restaurant will open by the end of 2011 or beginning of 2012.
Also, California-based MIG Real Estate acquired Pines Corporate Center, a 100,000-square-foot, 18-building office park at 7211 to 7321 W. Charleston Blvd.
Terms of that deal weren’t disclosed.
