  1. I thought it interesting that Harry Reid has finally kept his word. A while ago, Harry suggested that conventions avoid Las Vegas in preference to other locations. It was revealed today that the convention of Senate comittee staff is being held in Maui. None of this Five Diamond stuff for good old Harry. I am sure he has not required the staff stay in any hotel that would cost as little as the hotels in Las Vegas are charging. Spare no expense on flights when the government is paying for it.

  2. The Bellagio? That's surprising.
