WestCorp Management Awarded Management for Two Apartment Communities in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS – Leading property management company WestCorp Management Group has secured Management Contracts for two apartment home communities in Las Vegas, Las Palmas Apartment Homes and Woodhaven Apartment Homes. The two projects total more than 600 units.

The first, Las Palmas Apartment Homes, is located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip at 3550 Paradise and is comprised of 394 units. Las Palmas features studio and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Community features include business center, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, clubhouse, high-speed internet access and more.
Woodhaven Apartment Homes is located at 3650 S. Stober in the heart of the city’s exciting Chinatown district and has 226 units. Woodhaven features 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and community features include swimming pool, laundry facility and covered parking.
Las Palmas and Woodhaven are the latest apartment home communities in Las Vegas under WestCorp’s management. Other Las Vegas valley apartment home communities managed by WestCorp include the five-star communities Domain Apartment Homes in Henderson and Cabrillo in southwest Las Vegas.
