Pisanelli Bice announces Debra Spinelli as new partner

LAS VEGAS – (January 22, 2013) - James J. Pisanelli and Todd L. Bice, managing partners of Pisanelli Bice PLLC, announced today that Debra Spinelli, the firm’s most senior associate, has been named partner.
Spinelli has been responsible for overseeing nearly all aspects of the firm’s litigation since its inception. The majority of her cases involve complex business disputes, from breach of contract to fraud, often concerning equity and injunctive relief.
“Debra has been an integral part of our firm since the very beginning,” said Pisanelli. “After dedicating an incredible amount of time, energy and commitment, we’re proud to call her our partner.”
Spinelli’s promotion follows several years of experience working alongside Pisanelli and Bice. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with both attorneys at what is now Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. She signed on as an associate during the formation of Pisanelli Bice in 2010.

Spinelli’s promotion takes effect immediately. She will be more involved with the decision-making process regarding the overall direction of the firm, and will continue to maintain a key leadership role within the firm’s litigation processes.
