Cardiologists J. Michael Bensler and Malik Tariq Rahim Join HealthCare Partners

LAS VEGAS – (November 21, 2012) Cardiologists J. Michael Bensler, M.D., F.H.R.S. and Malik Tariq Rahim, M.D. have joined Cardiovascular Consultants of Nevada HealthCare Partners Cardiology, a premiere physician-led cardiology group providing specialty care in Southern Nevada.

On July 1, Dr. Bensler began seeing cardiology patients at the HealthCare Partners Cardiology Summerlin Clinic, located at 10105 Banburry Cross Drive, Suite 250 in Las Vegas. Dr. Bensler works in conjunction with a group of 24 highly trained and experienced HealthCare Partners cardiologists.

Dr. Bensler joined Cardiovascular Consultants of Nevada HealthCare Partners Cardiology after working with Mississippi Baptist Health Systems and Jackson Heart Clinic. Dr. Bensler is also a volunteer for the Heart Rhythm Society.

Dr. Rahim began serving cardiology patients on July 1 at the HealthCare Partners La Canada Cardiology Clinic, located at 3131 La Canada St., Suite 200 in Las Vegas.

Dr. Rahim joined Cardiovascular Consultants of Nevada HealthCare Partners Cardiology in July following his interventional cardiology fellowship at Dartmouth Medical School. He previously worked as a member of the invasive cardiology staff at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia, Ill.
