Ben Millis and Curt Allsop were promoted to managing director positions at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Millis has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, while Allsop has more than 25 years of commercial and residential land acquisition and development experience.

Brittni Martinez is a sales representative for Members Auto Brokerage, a subsidiary of Clark County Credit Union. She previously worked for CCCU as a financial services representative.

Mindy Martini is deputy superintendent for business and support services in the Nevada Department of Education. She spent the past 16 years working in Nevada’s Legislative Counsel Bureau in the research and fiscal analysis divisions.

Randy Boesch is executive vice president/director of private banking at Nevada State Bank and Ryan Ragland is a new vice president. Boesch is a member of the executive management committee. Ragland oversees all areas of professional banking services for clients.

Snell & Wilmer attorney Mandy Shavinsky is a fellow for admission to the Class of 2014 by the board of governors of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Admission is by invitation only after peer review.

Krissi Reeves is social media manager at Vox Solid Communications. She has more than 10 years of experience in entertainment and marketing.

Matthew Rojas is information systems developer at Clark County Credit Union. He works with the company’s technology department on the development of new products.

Rick Duncan is social media coordinator and Ling Yu is marketing project manager for Nevada State Bank’s marketing communications team. Duncan previously interned at marketing/public relations firms Braintrust Marketing+Communications and Kirvin Doak Communications. Yu has more than 12 years of marketing experience and was a customer engagement analyst at Southwest Gas Corp.

Jocelyn Bluitt-Fisher is director of community relations at Wynn Resorts. She most recently was director of corporate philanthropy and community engagement for MGM Resorts International.

Mary Ellen Donner is director of neighborhood and leisure services for the City of North Las Vegas. She brings more than 24 years of parks and recreation experience. For the past seven years, Donner was Henderson’s parks and recreation director.

Mark Thorsen is general manager of Meadows Mall. He has been an employee of General Growth Properties since 2003 and most recently was general manager of Four Seasons Town Centre in Greensboro, N.C. He has also been a general manager and assistant general manager at malls in Salt Lake City, Utah; St. George, Utah, and Bellingham, Wash.

Marc Lineveldt is executive creative director at SK+G Advertising. He joins the agency with 24 years of experience developing marketing and branding campaigns for the Coca-Cola Co., Sony, Volkswagen, BMW, Levi’s and other brands. Lineveldt is former executive creative director for Fitzgerald+CO of Atlanta.

Lou Lauria is vice president of governing body relationships and international fight week for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He has more than 20 years of experience developing projects for sports federations and joins the UFC from Helios Partners, a sports consulting agency.

Aaron Cranford received a bronze medal for participation and achievement in the National Congressional Award program. He earned his medal for a variety of activities, including over 100 hours of community service, between 50 and 100 hours of personal development and physical fitness activities, as well as spending a day or two on an expedition/exploration trip that provided him with either a new outdoor or cultural experience.

Kerry Simon’s Carson Kitchen will open at 6th Street and Carson Avenue in downtown Las Vegas in early June.

Donna Ruthe is president of the board of directors at the Solutions Foundation. She is broker/owner of Today’s Realty.

Agent George Morse opened an Allstate Insurance Co. office located at 3620 W. Sahara Ave.

Joey Hadley is a technician with Right Now Air, a provider of HVAC services in Las Vegas.

Jennifer Le is chief financial officer at Southern Hills Hospital. She was previously the associate CFO at MountainView Hospital, also part of the Sunrise Health System in Las Vegas.

Kris Watier is senior associate of the office group and Brian Seibold is an associate of the office group at Avison Young. Both were previously with Lee and Associates in Las Vegas — Watier as a senior associate and Seibold as an associate.

Radha Chanderraj is director of the estate planning, gaming and medical division for the Bogatz Law Group. She is an attorney and CPA with about 10 years of legal experience and runs the practice Chanderraj Law Offices.

Lisa Davis, assistant director of the MBA Programs at UNLV, received the 2014 graduate academic adviser award, and Tiffany Schmier, assistant director for the Honors College Advising Center, received the undergraduate adviser award.

Andrew Ciarrocchi is senior general manager, Kimberly Esparza is assistant general manager and Vicki Rousseau is marketing director for the Shops at Summerlin. Ciarrocchi previously was Washington state district manager for the Westfield Group, a shopping center organization, and has more than 15 years of shopping center management experience. Esparza has 10 years of marketing and center management, and previously was senior marketing manager for Park West in Peoria, Ariz. Rousseau has more than 20 years of shopping center marketing experience with Forest City Commercial Management as the director of marketing for several centers, including Galleria at Sunset and Showcase Mall. She also previously was director of marketing for Town Square Las Vegas.
