The floral and horticulture team at the Venetian and Palazzo recently received the 2014 Diamond Plantscape Award from the Plantscape Institute of America, for the 2013 Fall Into ECO 360° installation. The annual awards program celebrates excellence in the interiorscape community, including commercial enterprises with in-house horticulture departments and conservatory venues.

R&R Partners is opening an office in Mexico City through an ownership stake in CMV. This is the marketing communications firm’s ninth branch office. Areas of specialty will include energy, telecommunications, technology, aerospace, packaged goods and travel and tourism.

The Modern at 8925 W. Flamingo Road relaunched as Park House. It includes 83 condominiums ranging from 1,200 square feet to 2,500 square feet.

The Bosma Group, an accounting firm based in Reno, opened a Las Vegas branch at 9555 Hillwood Drive, Las Vegas.
