Boyd makes online access to Las Vegas properties easier

Boyd Gaming has launched a new website, where visitors can now book rooms at all of the company’s Las Vegas properties.

The totally redesigned BoydGaming.com allows travelers to directly connect to Boyd’s seven locals properties, including the Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast, Sam’s Town, California, Fremont and Main Street Station.

The site has eliminated the need for separate websites for every property.

“We wanted to be more consumer-focused,” said Brian Best, Boyd’s vice president of eCommerce.

Using a platform called B Connected Online, players can log onto the site to check point balances, benefits, offers and promotions.

The site’s “Concierge” feature allows visitors to book rooms, buy show tickets, make restaurant reservations or locate their favorite slot machine.

Another feature, called “What’s Happening Today,” showcases the day’s shows, promotions and dining specials at specific properties. Once a customer has logged on to the feature, they can see offers exclusive to them.

Boyd plans to connect the new site to its other properties — stretching from Wichita to Atlantic City — later this year.
