UNLV's Harrah College of Hotel Administration will expand its annual beverage tasting fundraiser from three to four days when it returns this spring to the Las Vegas Strip.

The 39th annual UNLVino kicks off April 18 with the "Bubble-Licious" Champagne tasting at the Venetian. "Sake Fever" is set for April 19 at the Mirage, followed by the "Grand Tasting,” featuring wine, craft beers and cocktails on April 20 at Paris Las Vegas.

This year adds a Sunday afternoon "BAR-b-q" event on April 21, pairing chefs Charlie Palmer, Scott Conant and Gustav Mauler with master mixologist Francesco Lafranconi at the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

Tickets prices range from $100 to $150 for each night or $350 for all four events. They are available online or by calling 702-739-3267.

UNLVino began as Nevada's first wine festival, taking place over a single day. Event co-sponsor Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada, says it's helped raise millions of dollars for student scholarships over the past four decades. Company officials declined to disclose exact figures.
