Vegas exotic-car driving experience adds latest Lamborghini to its stable

Exotics Racing has added Lamborghini’s latest high-performance car, the Aventador, to the line of exotic cars it offers at its operation at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

For car enthusiasts who’d love to drive Lamborghini’s latest high-performance sports car but can’t afford the vehicle’s list price of $379,000, there’s now a cheaper option in Las Vegas.

Exotics Racing has added the Lamborghini Aventador to the line of exotic cars it offers at its operation at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The company, founded in Europe in 2004, allows drivers a chance to hit the racetrack in some of the world’s most expensive automobiles.

The Aventador, which debuted last year, features a 700-horsepower engine and a top speed of more than 200 mph.

Exotics Racing, founded in Europe in 2004, launched its Las Vegas operation in 2009. Since then, it has expanded from six cars to more than 20, including models by Ferrari, Porsche and Aston Martin.

The company provides packages that include classroom instruction, familiarization laps and ride-along instruction, with prices for the Aventador starting at $499 or five-lap sessions. Prices for other vehicles start at $199. Anyone 18 or older with a valid driver’s license is eligible to take part, the company said, and there are no extra fees for insurance.

Late last year, Exotics Racing and the speedway reached a multiyear agreement to maintain the company’s presence in Las Vegas.
