Las Vegas Sun NewsWynn Resorts Ltd (WYNN.O) will form a new subsidiary to develop hotels and casinos outside Las Vegas, to be headed by Gamal Aziz, the former president and CEO of MGM Hospitality, chairman Steve Wynn said on Monday.
